School of Law Christ University (SLCU), Bangalore, is a part of Christ University, Bangalore, which was founded and is administered by Carmelites of Mary Immaculate (CMI). The Relationship between Law and Society

  • Theorists have traditionally maintained that there are certain broad views on the substantive criminal. One set of such constraints concerns the sorts of behavior that may legitimately be prohibited.
