Studying for the B.A. L.L.B. course at School of Law, NMIMS is an opportunity for learners to specialize in Humanities along with law.

1 year LL.M. programme

Kirit P. Mehta School of Law offers 1 year full time LL.M. programme, introduced in 2015 for an in-depth understanding of law subjects. The admission to the undergraduate courses is based on NMIMS-LAT score and postgraduate law course is based on LL.B. (min 50 %) score, along with a Written Test and Personal Interview.

Eligibility Criteria:

B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) / B.B.A., LL.B. (Hons.)

Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam including International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB Certificate / D.P. Awarded candidates are not eligible) in any stream from a recognized board at the first /one attempt and obtained minimum 50% aggregate marks.
Must appear into NMIMS-LAT conducted by Narsee Monjee University Mumbai

Candidates of CBSE, ICSE, should mention in the online registration/e-admission form (if selected) 10+2 or equivalent aggregate marks of all the subjects for which the candidate has appeared for (not best of four, five, six or seven).
Candidate shall have passed all the subjects for which the candidate has appeared; aggregate percentage of all subject(s) for which the candidate has taken and appeared will be taken into consideration for confirming eligibility of the candidate for the program at the time of admission
In case the mark sheet issued by the applicable Board/Institution is in percentile/s, the actual aggregate percentage of all the subjects appeared by the candidate will be taken into consideration
Candidates above 20 years of age are eligible to apply.

Selection Process:

Merit list will be prepared on the basis of NMIMS-LAT score & the program preferences for the course given by the candidate at the time of online registration [If you couldn’t appeared into NMIMS-LAT, then you can register yourself with CLAT and LSAT-India score and participate in the selected process]
The preferences once given in online registration cannot be changed later. The merit list will be put up on the NMIMS website as per important dates.
The decision of the Institute will be final in this regard and no inquiries or correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
