Law is a system of rules that are created and enforced through social or governmental institutions to regulate behaviour. It has been defined both as “the science of justice” and “the art of justice”. Law regulates and ensures that individuals or a community adhere to the will of the state.
3-year LLB is a postgraduate programme. Students can pursue this course only after they have successfully completed their graduation. 5-year LLB is an integrated programme. This programme includes a graduate programme such as BA, BBA, etc. along with the core LLB degree.
In India, currently there are two ways to pursue under graduate degree in Law:
- Through a five-year integrated law course or
- Three year LLB
