Symbiosis Law School, Pune established in June 1977, was earlier affiliated to the University of Pune and later became a constituent of Symbiosis International University in 2002, with an enhanced degree of autonomy in teaching, learning and research.

SLAT ENTRANCE TEST 2021

Every year Symbiosis conducts four entrance tests Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT) for admission to its undergraduate programmes in BA LLB & BBA LLB Course.

This year entrance tests will be held (Saturday). The tests will be conducted in the Computer Based Test (CBT) mode simultaneously across 80 cities all over India.

Candidates aspiring to join an undergraduate degree programme offered by Symbiosis International (Deemed University) must appear for mentioned test.

For Law – Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT)

SELECTION PROCESS:

• Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT)
• PI-WAT (Personal Interaction and Writing Ability Test)

Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT):

Symbiosis Law Admission Test shall be conducted at different centers across the India. SLAT will be an online admission test for 150 marks. Structure of test includes 150 questions for 1 mark each covering Logical Reasoning, Legal Reasoning, Analytical Reasoning, Reading Comprehension and General Knowledge. A total time of 150 minutes shall be given to candidates to solve the questions.

On declaration of SLAT result SLS, Pune will publish the list of shortlisted candidates who are eligible for PI-WAT process.

PI-WAT (Personal Interaction and Writing Ability Test):

• PI (Personal Interaction) – 30 Marks
• WAT (Writing Ability Test) – 20 Marks

PI (Personal Interaction):

Infrastructure

The campus has a 3-storeyed building. The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled. We have a dedicated moot court hall for moot courts and ADR competitions. The library has a huge collection of all books that a law student might require, and attached to it is the reading hall which provides one of the apt atmospheres for students to study and work.
