Qualification required-Management Quota Law Admission-MS Ramaiah College

- An applicant who has successfully completed Pre-University Course or Senior Secondary School course (‘+2’) or equivalent such as (11+1, ‘A’ level in Senior School Leaving Certificate Course) from a recognised University of India or outside or from Senior Secondary Board or equivalent, constituted or recognised by the Union or by the State Government or from any equivalent institution from a foreign country recognised by the government of that country for the purpose of issue of qualifying certificate on successful completion of the course, may apply for and be admitted into the course.
Provided that applicants who have obtained +2 Higher Secondary Pass Certificate or First Degree Certificate after prosecuting studies in distance or correspondence method shall also be considered as eligible for admission to the course.
Provided further that the applicants who have obtained 10+2 or graduation or post-graduation through open Universities system directly without having any basic qualification for prosecuting such studies are not eligible for admission to the course.
- Minimum percentage of marks in qualifying examination shall not be below 45% (44.5% and above shall be treated as 45%) of total marks in case of general category applicants and 40% (39.5% and above shall be treated as 40%) of total marks in case of SC and ST applicants.
- Maximum age for seeking admission is limited to twenty years in case of general category of applicants and to twenty two years in the case of applicants from SC, ST and other backward communities as on 1st June.

Sports Complex: There is a sports complex in the campus for all indoor and outdoor games. The sports committee conducts the selection for the inter-college sports meets and tournaments.
Hostel: The College offers separate hostel for boys and girls within the campus with individual well-furnished rooms, to carry on their assignments and study peacefully. The hostel provides mess facility with healthy and wholesome food.
Cafeteria: Within the campus, for the day scholars, there is a cafeteria within the campus which provides food and beverages that suits varied cultures.

Placements Facilities

The Placement Committee aims at quality placements for the graduating students. The College invites experts to train and orient students to face the professional world once they step out. Workshops are conducted for drafting and other hands- on training exercises. Placement Committee also conducts legal ethics and career guidance sessions for the students. The Committee invites Law firms and Companies for campus recruitments. We have a large number of students being placed through Placement Committee of RCL.
We always endeavour to help our students to get recruited to the best legal and allied organizations of repute.
Pre-Placement Talks (PPT)
- Notices of the pre-placement talks will be published on the placement notice board. Students should occupy the venue 15 minutes before the scheduled start of the PPT. Students registered must attend the PPT without fail.
- Attendance will be taken and only those students who have attended a particular PPT will be eligible to attend the rest of the recruitment process of the said company.
- Students must clarify details regarding salary break-up, job profile, place of work, contract details etc with the companies during PPT.
- Students cannot drop out from the selection process once he/she has been through a screening round on his/her own unless not shortlisted by the company.
