Sinhgad Institute was established in 1993 in Pune by Prof. M. N. Navale, with a vision to impart quality education in the field of Higher Learning & Technical Education. Sinhgad Law College has been accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with “B” Grade.
Sinhgad Law College is Approved by Bar Council of India, Recognized by Government of Maharashtra and Affiliated to University of Pune. The college offers 2 graduation programs – 3 years LL.B. course and 5 years B.A.LL.B./ B.S.L.LL.B. Course, Short term Diploma courses viz – Diploma in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare, Diploma in Taxation Laws and Certificate Course in Forensic and Medical Jurisprudence are also offered to students.

Bachelor of Laws (LLB):
Bachelor of Laws, popularly known as LLB, is a three-year undergraduate course that can be pursued only by graduates. Graduates from any field can opt for the course, which is offered in law colleges and universities across India. Students during this course are taught about Indian Penal Code (IPC) and various aspects of law. At the end of the curriculum, they are given the choice of choosing civil or criminal law stream. LLB is qualifying degree for the practice of legal profession in India.

Eligibility Criteria :
The basic eligibility criteria for pursuing Bachelor of Business Administration & Bachelor of Law course is a pass in Higher Secondary Examination or 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized college or university. and 45% marks (40% marks for Reserved Category Candidates).
The maximum age for seeking admission into the integrated Bachelor of Business Administration & Bachelor of Law course is 20-21 years in case of general category applicants and in case of applicants from SC, ST and other backward classes, the maximum age fixed is 22-23 years.
Admission Procedure :
