Sinhgad Law College offers two undergraduate courses viz, BA LLB/BS LLB, LLB under postgraduate program, two diploma courses namely DTL (Diploma in Taxation Laws), DLL and LW (Diploma in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare) and one Certificate Course in Forensic Science and Medical Jurisprudence.

The college is approved by Bar Council of India and affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University.

Selection in integrated programs at UG level and LLB is on the basis of MH-CET Law. MH-CET law is a state level entrance exam conducted by Government of Maharastra.

BA LLB/BSL LLB program requires a pass in class 12^th examination or equivalent in any stream with minimum 45% marks. LLB degree calls for a pass in graduation degree in any discipline with 45% marks.
