D.E.S. Law College is situated in Pune in the Maharashtra state of India. Established in 1884, it is accredited by Bar Council of India and it is affiliated to the University of Pune. DES, Pune offers 4 courses across 1 streams namely Law and across 4 degrees like LLB, BA+LLB, LLM, Diploma. DES campus is spread over 22123 Acres.
Hostel facility is not available for its students. Additional campus facilities such as Boys Hostel, Canteen, Computer Lab, Library and Medical Facilities are also there.
Eligibility Process

High speed broadband connectivity provides an extended access to vast intellectual resources. Access to online Legal Resources and Search Engines like Manupatra, S.S.C Online and Law – Super are available. D.E.S. Shri. Navalmal Firodia Law College is moving towards enhancing the technological teaching aids in the classrooms by facilitating it with LCD Projectors and Laptops. Free Legal Aid Clinic
Free Legal Aid Clinic of DES Shri. Navalmal Firodia Law College has been established as per the Rules on Standards of Legal Education and Recognition of Degrees (BCI Education Rules, 2008).
The Legal Aid Clinic basically serves the purpose of providing legal aid and advice not with the aim of earning profit but in General Public Interest.
The College aims to provide access to justice for the poor, disadvantaged or unorganized groups & provide a wide range of expertise in the matters relating to divorce, property, taxation, women’s rights, environmental protection, child welfare, labour issues, rights of differently abled persons, etc.
Keeping in line with the concept of Pro Bono Publico, DES SNFLC has undertaken to uphold the cause of social justice by creating awareness amongst the weaker sections with regard to their rights, legal predicaments, etc. Actualizing this pledge, have Legal Aid Clinic imparting clinical legal education to the students.
