Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University)
Bharati Vidyapeeth, the parent organization of this University is one of the largest educational organizations in the country. It has 180 educational units under its umbrella including 80 Co lleges and Institutes of conventional and professional disciplines.
The Department of Human Resource Development, Government of India on the recommendations of the University Grants Commission accorded the status of “Deemed to be University” initially to a cluster of 12 units of Bharati Vidyapeeth.
Subsequently, 17 additional co lleges / institutes were brought within the ambit of Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) wide various notifications of the Government of India. Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) commenced its functioning on 26th April, 1996.
The status of University was given to a cluster of these co lleges and institutes in appreciation of the high level of their academic excellence and for their potential for further growth. During the last 20 years or so, the University has achieved higher pinnacle of academic excellence and has established its reputation to such an extent that it attracts students not only from various parts of India but also from abroad. Candidate who has qualified the BBA LL.B. Entrance Test 2021 shall be admitted to BBA LL.B. (5 year program) at following constituent units of Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), in the order of merit secured by him, subject to intake capacity. 1. Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), NLC, Pune 2. Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), Department of Law, New Delhi v Candidate shall secure minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) in LL.B. Entrance Test 2021 to qualify the BBA LL.B. Entrance Test. v BBA LL.B Entrance Test 2021 is scheduled on Saturday from 1 1.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. at the centres approved by the University at Pune, New Delhi, Navi Mumbai, Jodhpur, Indore, Lucknow & Jaipur. Result of LL.B Entrance Test 2021 will be declared on Saturday, 30th June 2021 at 5 p.m on the website of University & co-llege. Ad-mission Procedure

For ad-mission at Department of Law, New Delhi candidates shall attend the counselling at Delhi only. v Candidate shall confirm the ad-mission by depositing the required original documents and paying the total fees prescribed for the program on the date of counselling. Subsequent claim for ad-mission wiII not be entertained, after the date of counseIing. v Ad-mission secured by the candidate shall remain provisional till completion of the eligibility requirements prescribed by the University & Bar Council of India. In case of non- fulfilment of eligibility the provisional ad-mission stands cancelled at any stage without prior notice to the candidate. v In case of cancellation of ad-mission the rules of University shall be applicable for refund of tuition fee.
