Programmes Offered by SLS Noida

SLS, NOIDA offers two five years integrated undergraduate programmes, namely, BA. LL.B (Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws) and BBA. LL.B (Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Laws).

Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (BA. LL.B)

The close connection between social sciences and law hardly needs to be articulated. A lawyer needs to be conscious of the intricate and complex problems of society.

Our integrated Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law program provides a deep insight into the historical perspective of the development of law, political factors influencing policies culminating into law, and the intricate relationship between legislations and social problems.

This Programme aims at creating socially sensitive sentinels of justice.

Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Laws (BBA. LL.B)

The use of word ‘multi’ is indeed multiplying in today’s world, multi-nationals, multi-tasking, multi- dimensional, and why not multi-disciplinary’.

The sweeping changes in the global economic scenario have necessitated a strong demand for a breed of youngsters with the potential knowledge of law coupled with the core essentials of management and business to enhance productivity.

With the object of catering to this demand unfolding before the students, and to enable them to explore these vistas of opportunities that lie ahead, we have commenced an integrated Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Law degree programme (BBA. LL.B).

Here we impart exhaustive knowledge to the students not only to survive but also to excel in the increasingly competitive world.

Admission Procedure

Candidates aspiring to join B.A LL.B. / B.B.A LL.B offered by Symbiosis Law School, NOIDA, constituent of Symbiosis International (Deemed University) have to take the common, mandatory online Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET) 2021. From 2021 and onwards, SET – Law test is known as Symbiosis Law Admission Test (hereinafter referred as SLAT). SLAT will be conducted in an online mode across various cities of India.

A candidate needs to register for Online SLAT & also register for Symbiosis Law School, NOIDA offering his/ her choice of programmes by paying separate programmes registration fees. If shortlisted, he/she would then need to attend the further admission process conducted by each of these initutes individually.

Aspirants can now complete the Online SLAT 2021 as well as programme registrations in the same portal (https://www.set-test.org). To know more about application process for SLAT 2021 as well as to Symbiosis Law School, NOIDA.

Eligibility:

Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (B.A. LL.B) and Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Laws (B.B.A. LL.B):

The candidate should have passed 12th (10+2) standard examination from any government-recognized board with minimum 45% marks (40% for S.C. / S.T. students). Students who have appeared for their H.S.C finals and awaiting results are also eligible to apply, subject to submission of passing certificate by the notified date.

Intake:

The total intake is 300 seats, which includes 180 seats for BBA.LL.B. and 120 seats for BA.LL.B.

Selection Procedure:

Selection is done in two phases:

• Candidates will be short listed on the basis of the SLAT score.
• The short listed candidates will be invited for Personal Interview (PI) and Written Ability Test (WAT)
