Lastly to start practice as a lawyer, clearing the exam conducted by the Bar Council of India is mandatory. The All-India Bar Examination tests the analytical ability and knowledge of the law of the candidate. After receiving the certificate of practice, a lawyer can choose his/her area of specialization for practice.
